Project Type: Hospitality / Event & Dining Venue
Scope: Lighting Controls & Automated Shades Design, Commissioning, and Training

The Challenge
The event space required lighting that could adapt throughout the day for multiple uses — daytime functions, weddings, evening dining, and private events. Natural daylight levels varied significantly due to large windows, making it difficult for staff to manually maintain consistent ambience. The venue also needed a system simple enough for operational staff to manage without technical support.

ENS Solution
Energy Network Services designed and implemented a Lutron RadioRA 3 (RA3) lighting control system integrated with automated shading. The goal was to create a fully automated environment that adjusted lighting and daylight levels automatically while remaining easy for staff to operate.
Work Completed :

Designed the lighting and shade control system
Programmed time-of-day automation
Integrated automated window shades
Commissioned lighting scenes and shade schedules
Trained operations staff on system use
Provided post-opening support and adjustments
ENS worked closely with the venue team over a two-month period after installation to fine-tune scenes and transitions based on real events and occupancy patterns.
