About the Role
Effectively walkthrough client facilities to gather data on customer’s existing lighting system
Understand and create take-off of lighting fixtures, emergency fixtures and lighting control
Read and check lighting specifications to ensure they are in sync with layout and application on drawings
Provide accurate and timely audits to team member
Collaborate with internal project teams on all proposals
Increase overall project performance through recommendations
Communicate with team members when inconsistencies in specifications and drawings are identified.
Travel throughout province periodically to conduct on-site audits
Act professionally and ethically at all times
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Architectural Technologist, or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing.
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to travel throughout regions
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask while staying organized
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Positive customer service skills
Experience in lighting and electrical is an asset
