Lighting Energy Analyst

About the Role

  • Effectively walkthrough client facilities to gather data on customer’s existing lighting system

  • Understand and create take-off of lighting fixtures, emergency fixtures and lighting control

  • Read and check lighting specifications to ensure they are in sync with layout and application on drawings

  • Provide accurate and timely audits to team member

  • Collaborate with internal project teams on all proposals

  • Increase overall project performance through recommendations

  • Communicate with team members when inconsistencies in specifications and drawings are identified.

  • Travel throughout province periodically to conduct on-site audits

  • Act professionally and ethically at all times

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Architectural Technologist, or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing.

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must be able to travel throughout regions

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to multitask while staying organized

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Positive customer service skills

  • Experience in lighting and electrical is an asset

  • Job Type: Full-time
