Energy Network Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager. This energetic driven individual would bid, create, and value engineer lighting packages for national customers. The successful candidate would be an energetic team player who possesses a keen attention to detail with the ability to perform these key responsibilities. The candidate will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the project management plan and achieve specific goals such as: design, estimating, negotiating with both customer and supplier, vendor selection, profit maximization and customer reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be willing to work long hours, and travel as required. We are seeking candidates with strong and positive organizational skills to join our team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct on-site energy audits, calculate energy savings
Development and Design experience - select products and identify measures to fit the needs of the customer
Provide accurate pricing quotes for proposals
Prepare and present proposals to customer
Explain the feature and benefits of the proposed measures
Maintain client communication and deliver superior customer service
Secure necessary documents and information from customers
Monitor, control and report on financial performance of projects
Estimate, negotiate and procure vendors and materials for project
Communicate project goals with field personnel in the electrical and lighting trade
Develop project staffing plans to include labor, subcontractors, and project engineers
Act as liaison between local facility staff and regional team members
Communicate complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or any other stakeholders
Oversee participation in all aspects of job site safety and adherence to OSHA standards
Act professionally and ethically at all times
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 to 5 years of field experience in Project Management, Project Engineering (or related) and/or bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or Business. Alternatively, individuals with equivalent field experience should also apply
3 years or more experience in the Lighting industry
Able to read plans and perform take-offs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Energetic self-motivated team player
Knowledge of the electrical commercial and industrial construction industry and products
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Must have Valid Driver’s License
Positive customer service skills
